The CAC Guidelines were originally developed by the Community Advisory Committee Network of California, and produced by Resources in Special Education under an interagency agreement between the California Departtnemt of Education and California State University, Sacramento (Contract 3306). The original document was edited by Patricia Winget and Elissa Cullison and designed by Sandra Cosner.
